There are SIX EXCEPTIONS that allow Banks to Exceed the Maximum Hold Periods in the Availability Schedules:
a) NSF checks and out-of-state checks
b) Large deposits and new accounts
c) Foreign checks and repeated overdrafts
d) Emergency conditions and reasonable doubt
