Skeletal muscles are held to the bones with the help of tendons

Skeletal Muscles are held together with Tendons. Tendons are cords made out of tough tissue. They hold the bone and the muscle together. The tendons are attached well so that when you contract your muscle, the tendon and bone move with it.
