[tex]f(x) = \frac{2x+3}{3-5x} \\ \\ f(2) = \frac{2*2+3}{3-5*2} = \frac{4+3}{3-10} = \frac{7}{-7} = -1 \\ \\ f(x+1) = \frac{2(x+1)+3}{3-5(x+1)} = \frac{2x+2+3}{3-5x-5} = \frac{2x+5}{-5x-2} = \frac{2x+5}{-(5x+2)} = -\frac{2x+5}{5x+2} [/tex]
