Dividing by 10 and taking the log of both sides, you get
  -0.1234·log(e) = log(2)
  log(e) = -log(2)/0.1234 ≈ -2.439465

Then the value of "e" is 10^(-2.439465), about e = 0.00363525501

_____
If "e" is supposed to have its usual value of 2.718281828459045... then this is a false algebraic statement. It has no "solution."
