what is the equation in standard form of an ellipse centered at the origin and vertex (1,0) and focus (4,0)?

(x-h)²/a² + (y-k)²/b² = 1
 (h,k) being (x,y)

a= 1;   1²= 1
b= 4;   4²=16

x²/1 + y²/16 = 1
