Work:

The equation of a line is y=mx+b, where m represents the slope, b represents the y intercept, and x and y represent a coordinate point on the line. So in this situation, m would be 0, x would be -5, and y would be 2. 

This makes the equation 2=(0)(-5)+b or 2=0+b or 2+=b.

You then have the values of all variables, so you would remove the x and y values to get the final equation which is y=(0)x+2 or y=2.
