An aqua biosphere is an aquatic system in a bottle or other transparent container.
If you want to make it self-sustaining, you'll have to replicate an acuatic ecosystem. The most important things will be the organisms cleaning the surface of the aqua biosphere. These can be, depending on the size of the container, starfish or something else you might think of.
