1 x 8 + 7 - 9 = 6

One that works with PEMDAS:

7×1+8-9=7

This works as follows; 7×1=7+8=15-9+7

And another, but without regard for PEMDAS:

7+8×1-9=6

This works as follows; 7+8=15×1=15-9=6
