looks a little infected. i would take it out, squirt the area wuth peroxide, and then dab it gently with something dipped in rubbing alchohol. The peroxide will clean it out and the alchohol with dry it up. This all also depends on how long you've had it. if you haven't had it long then do both of the things i described but don't take the bar out. if you have alchohol prep pads (reccomended) wipe the bar down while still in your ear.
