F(x)= -3x+7; reflection in the x-axis

The reflection of the point (x,y) across the x-axis is the point (x,-y) → (x, -f(x)).

Therefore

f(x) = -3x + 7 → -f(x) = -(-3x + 7) = 3x - 7

Answer: y = 3x - 7.
