First, find the SUM in the PARENTHESIS. Then DIVIDE 16 and 2, the QUOTIENT would be 8. Then MULTIPLY 8 and 16, and the PRODUCT would be 128. Finally SUBTRACT 128 from 50. The result would be -78.
