one, i dont quite understand the question, and two, its labeled as english. but i would assume just say "(insert number here) to the sixteenth power", right?
An exponent refers to the number of times a number is multiplied by itself. For example 4² is an exponent. 4² is = to 16. 4² is 4x4. Hope this helps :D
