One of the negative consequence is Having untested DNA Samples

Testing DNA samples is very expensive, unlike in TV Show, a lot of DNA evidences in the lab are remain untested and covered in dust for years because simply they don't have enough resources to test it

So often time, they just estimate the result, not 100% tested it
