if Val walks 2 3/5 each day, in four days she will have waked 10 2/5 miles, yet Bill runs 10 miles every 4 days. Val covers the most difference because she walks 2/5 more of a mile than Bill does. >answer<
Val because if you do 2 3/5 multiplyed by 4 it is 10.4 which is greater than 10
