The first one on the right is the answer for 1/2 of 2/4 and the second one on the right is the one for 2/3 of 3/8

Okay so fiquring out 1/2 of 1/4 is simple got to the third diagram since it has been cut to match the 1/2.  1/3 of 3/8 would be the first diagram since the squares have been sliced in half.
