To have a PE of 425J I need to lift the box 2,816 m from the floor.

PE is the energy that the bodies have stored by being at a certain height.

Formula: PE= m·h·g

where:

m= mass (kg)

h= height (m)

g=gravity acceleration =9,8 m/s²

PE= potential energy (J)

so  h = EP/(m*g) = 425J/(15,4 kg*9,8 m/s²) = 2,816 m
