Let [tex] x,y [/tex] be the two integers. Let's say that [tex] x [/tex] is twice [tex] y [/tex], i.e. [tex] x = 2y [/tex]. So, their product is

[tex] xy=2y\cdot y = 2y^2 [/tex]

If we want this product to be 32, we have

[tex] 2y^2 =32 \iff y^2 = 16 \iff y = \pm 4 [/tex]

So, since [tex] x [/tex] is twice [tex] y [/tex], we have [tex] x = \pm 8 [/tex]

So, the possible couples are [tex] 4,8 [/tex] or [tex] -4,-8 [/tex]
