What is the solution to y=3x-8 and y=2x-3

\left[y \right] = \left[ -3+2\,x\right][y]=[−3+2x] totally answer


\left[y \right] = \left[ -8+3\,x\right][y]=[−8+3x] totally answer

First we find x

3x - 8 = 2x -3

3x - 2x = -3 + 8

x = 5

Now we can find y

y = 3 * 5 - 8

y = 7

y = 2  *5 - 3

y = 7
