1. Convert 4 1/2 to an improper fraction

2. Then you will get [tex]\frac{-9}{2}[/tex] ÷ [tex]\frac{2}{3}[/tex]

3. Do the reciprocal  [tex]\frac{-9}{2}[/tex] x [tex]\frac{3}{2}[/tex]

4.  Multiply  9 times 3 and 2 times 2

5. Result [tex]\frac{-27}{4}[/tex]

6. Convert to mixed fraction -6[tex]\frac{3}{4}[/tex]
