Why did the Egyptians choose to stay in Egypt? Was it because of the Nile river?

Yes, it is kind of because of the Nile river. Ancient people used live in the places where they can get good lands and water. And Nile river was an good example for living around. That's why Egyptians chose Egypt to stay in.
