Step: Solvey=2x+13for y:

y=2x+13

Step: Substitute2x+13foryinx−y=4:

x−y=4

x−(2x+13)=4

−x−13=4(Simplify both sides of the equation)

−x−13+13=4+13(Add 13 to both sides)

−x=17

−x−1=17−1(Divide both sides by -1)

x=−17

Step: Substitute−17forxiny=2x+13:

y=2x+13

y=(2)(−17)+13

y=−21(Simplify both sides of the equation)

D (Bottom Circle)
(-17,-21)
