The angle for each complete revolution is 2π radians (that's 360°).

So . . .

Time = (18 revs) x (2π radians / rev) x (1 sec / 1.7π radians)

Time = (18 · 2π · 1 / 1.7π) (rev ·radian · sec / rev · radian)

Time = 21.18 seconds
