The Federal emergency Relief Administration was most helpful to the people that were unemployed during that time. this relief administration tried to create unskilled jobs for improving the condition of employment in the country. It was actually the new name given by Roosevelt to the already existing Emergency Relief Administration created by Herbert Hoover in the year 1932.
