Would King Henry speech persuade men to face death in battle why or why not ?

It depends.

It is important to put it into context. Henry V was the King of England. The fact that he, personally, was rallying troops and fighting with them would have been very powerful. If the King was willing to die for a cause, who shouldn't a common man be willing to die too.
