Complementary Angles are angles with measures that add up to 90 degrees.
x = 15 for your problem.
This is because 5(15) = 75 and 75 + 15 = 90.
Angle A (15) + Angle B (75) = 90 degrees. Setting x to 15 makes the angles complementary.
