Solve the system of equations
3x−3y=−6 and
6x−3y=−33 by combining the equations.

Multiply the first equation by -1 to make the -3y positive, so you can cancel it out with the -3y.

-3x+3y=6
6x-3y=-33

That would make the new equation 3x=-27

Divide -27 by 3 and you get X=-9
