It really depends on what the man did, basically eye for an eye, bone for bone, tooth for tooth, if the girl/woman had kids and caused damage than he would have to pay ten shekels, if the woman died than his daughter shall be killed. If the girl/woman died he would have to pay one-half Mina of silver.
