let the initial pressure and volume be p1, v1

and final pressure and volume be p2, v2.

therefore [tex]p1\times v1=p2\times v2[/tex]

[tex]2.5\times 6.5 = p2\times 1.5[/tex]

therefore final pressure would be p2 = 10.833 atm
