So -3 is greater than or equal to -2/3 z so you divide by - 2/3 to get -3/1 / -2/3 which is -3/1 x 3/-2 which is -9/-2 which is 4.5 so you have 4.5 is less than or equal to z as you have to flip the sign. So it would be the bottom answer. Hope this helps :)
