Well, if Y=10/6x+ 1,
you would plug in the coordinate values you have
an example: 1,3
3= 10/6 + b
10/6 = 1 4/10 so b would equal 1 6/10
so if you solved it as a parallel one, it would be y= 10/6x+ 1 6/10
If Perp, use the negative reciprocal of the slope, so -6/10
3= -6/10 + b
b would equal 3 6/10
so the equation would be
y=-6/10x+3 6/10

if these do not apply, neither?
