What is Sensitive Training?

Sensitive Training is a form of training where the goal is for people to be more aware of their own judgement and to be more sensitive to others. Kurt Lewin, a German-American psychologist, developed the foundations of the sensitive training through series of workshops in 1946 to accomplish a "change" experiment.
