The reaction is a double replacement reaction which means we just have to exchange the cations in each atom. Hence, the new products are CH3COOH, acetic acid and NaCl, sodium chloride. In balancing the reactions, we find out that there is  one is to one correspondence on all atoms. Hence, the equation is NaC2H3O2 + HCl = CH3COOH+ NaCl.
