The slope:m=[tex] \frac{y2-y1}{x2-x1}= \frac{8-5}{-1-2}= \frac{3}{-3}=-1 [/tex]
Then the point slope form of the line is:
y - y1 = m ( x- x1),  for the point ( 2, 5 ) or x1=2, y1=5
y - 5 = - ( x - 2 )
Thank you.
