                 Wave-speed  =  (frequency) x (wavelength)

                          Speed  =   (25 /sec)   x   (7.79 m)

                                     =        194.75  m/sec .

Note:
This is the wave's speed.  There's no information in the question
that refers to the direction in which the wave is propagating, so
nothing can be said regarding its velocity.
