Answer:

Here are the em radiation in order of increasing frequency from left to right. Also, the wavelength decreases as we move from left to right.

Radio, micro, infrared, visible, ultraviolet, x-ray and gamma ray.

According to quantum physics, you use E = hf ( where E = energy of a photon of a type of em wave, h is Planck constant and f is frequency of that photon ) to find the energy.

From here you can see that as we move from left to right, energy increases because frequency increases.
