Let us at first multiply the equations with -1
3y=2x +7
4x=6y+10
Now let us bring the x and y terms to the Left Hand Side
3y-2x=7
4x-6y=10
We can divide the second equation by 2 as it is a common factor
2x-3y=10
Next we use the elimination method to remove the common terms from both equations
3y-2x=7
-3y+2x=10
0=10
This is not possible...
So, this means that this system of equations have no solution.
