A presidential system is a kind of government in which the president is the principal administrator and is chosen directly by the people.  

In the method, all three branches executive, legislative, and judiciary – self-governing of each other, and no branch can dissolve or suspend any other.  The president is accountable for creating laws, the legislature for composing them, and the courts for judgment.  Every branch is given a  particular power to check and balance the other.
