The number of bricks= Total height of stack/ height of a single brick.
No. of bricks=3 1/2 ÷ 1 3/4
Convert the fractions into improper fractions;
No. of bricks= 7/2÷7/4
No. of bricks= [tex] \frac{14}{4} * \frac{4}{7} [/tex]
No. of bricks= 2
