Point point form, line joining (a,b) and (c,d) is

(c-a)(y-b) = (d-b)(x-a)

(a,b)=(0,2), (c,d)=(-6,-1)

-6(y - 2) = -3(x - 0)

2(y-2) = x

2y -4 = x

y = x/2 + 2

We can pick any of these -- they're all equations for the line.

Answer: x - 2y = -4
