Formula for slope = y2-y1/x2-x1
m = y2-y1/x2-x1
Lets suppose:
(x1 , x2) =
(1, 2)
(y1 , y2) = (3, 8)
putting the coordinates in the formula :
m = ( 8-2 ) / (3-1)
m = 6 / 2
m = 3
slope = 3
So according to above explanation,
c. slope = 3, is the correct answer.
