Always true, sometimes true, never true?

Never true, because then x would be less that 1, and that would mean it would have to be 0 or below. And if you subtract 0 or below from -1, your going to get a negative number. And then you have to multiply that negative number by 4. And 0 can not be less than that so therefor it’s never true.
