We Need To Use Pemdas.
First, 1-3 = -2.
5+{6[12+(-2)2]−4}
Next, -2 * 2 = -4.
5+{6[12+(-4)]−4}
Next, 12 + (-4) = 8.
5+{6[8]−4}
Next, 6 * 8 = 48.
5+{48−4}
Next, 48 - 4 = 44
5+44 = 49
So, Your Answer Is 49.
