Slope-point form: we need a point (x₀,y₀) and the slope.
y-y₀=m(x-x₀)
we have the point (-2,3) and the slope(m=-4), therefore:
y-3=-4(x-(-2))
y-3=-4(x+2)
y-3=-4x-8
y=-4x-8+3
y=-4x-5      (slope-intercepted form  :      y=mx+b)

Answer: the equition would be: y=-4x-5
