Heterotrophic, by definition, cannot make their own food with or without sunlight, so the answer cannot be 1, 3, or 4.

Since the cell is heterotrophic, this means that it will not be able to synthesize glucose (energy) from CO2 and H2O, since it does not have the necessary proteins and organelles for it.
