y= 3x - 10
3x + 2y = 16

y= 3x - 10
3x + 2y = 16

3x+2(3x-10)=16
3x+6x-20=16
9x-20=16
9x=36
x=4

y=3x-10
y=3(4)-10
y=12-10
y=2
