Magnitude of net displacement = 5m

Explanation:

Let north = N, &

south = opposite to N = - N

Similarly, let east = E.

Now, add,

=> 2m north,5m south,5m east,and 3m north

=> 2N + 5(-N) + 5E + 3N

=> 2N - 5N + 5E + 3N

=> 5N - 5N + 5E

=> 5E => 5m east
