You have two points     A ( X;Y)  and B ( X ; Y)

slope is   :    ( Yb -Ya)   / (Xb -Xa )

A(2 ; 1)  and  B (17 ; - 17)  

so   :  (-17 - 1 )  / (17 -2) =  -18/ 15 =  - 6*3 / 5*3 =  -6/5
