True, because you will show what sources you've used. If you plagiarized, then you can tell by scanning through the sources.

This is true, because it shows where you go your information from instead of the teacher, or whomever is grading the paper, that you didn't copy or call the work your own. Also, don't copy word for word and then cite your sources either. So TRUE, would be the answer once again.
