Find the area of a rectangle with a length of 5 inches & a width of 3 5/6 inches. What is the area?

Area of rectangle = l * w

Here, l = 5 in  w = 3 5/6 in = 23/6 in

so, area = 5 * 23/6 = 19.16 in² OR 115/6 in² in decimal and fraction form respectively.
