For the Lewis structure, we find the total valence electrons:
N = 5
C = 4
Cl = 7
= 16
Next, since Carbon is least electronegative, we will put it in the middle of the structure.
Nitrogen will share 3 of its electrons with Carbon, resulting in a total of 6 electrons shared between Carbon and Nitrogen (triple bond)
Total electrons shared between C and Cl will be 2
